The onsen experience was rejuvenating and unforgettable.
I was utterly frustrated with my stay. Not only that, but the front desk staff had terrible communication skills and couldn’t effectively assist me. The location was hard to find, and the signage was poorly placed and confusing. I expected more from a 4-star hotel!

tatami floors, lovely onsen, evening ramen
Rock-hard pillows could use an upgrade!!! Storing multiple pairs of shoes in a single locker felt inconvenient. This hotel felt larger than advertised, which diluted the intimate experience I was hoping for. Please rethink the onsen capacity!!!

I had such a wonderful time! The onsen experience was the highlight—who knew a hot spring in the city could feel so serene? Breakfast was a delicious traditional buffet that I loved. The cozy atmosphere made every night relaxing, and I can't wait to return!

would love to come back here some time
The location is perfect, just steps from Senso-Ji. Our room was larger than expected, with a fridge and a comfy bed. The hot spring bath and public bath were super relaxing, and the free ramen at night was a nice bonus. Tatami mats added a cool touch to the experience.

The hot spring experience was incredible, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Easy access to nearby attractions saved time for exploration. However, the walk to the bus or train station can feel longer than expected, and breakfast could feel a bit crowded at peak times. Although the enjoyable atmosphere and friendly staff made up for minor inconveniences, the popular dining options may leave some waiting.

Perfect for families with little ones!
We stayed for 2 nights with our baby, and it was just great. The tatami floors and no-shoes rule kept things super clean for her. Found a baby crib ready in our room, which was a lifesaver. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and we loved the onsen. Just wish the rooms were a bit bigger, though.
